To get traffic to your forum/website or what ever you are using 1st you need to have a wide variety of circles and friends to promote your forum/website make sure you promote something of theirs to. Return the favor. you know you have to sometimes exchange links on face book 2 nd tell people to click like on your page and Register and post a couple of times and have them review it. if you have any ideas please add on to my start of the topic.

Im not sure if you wanna do this AWS but in the forum showcase area.Shouldn't there be a post count rule so they just wont register and show off there forum and leave like a 5-7 post count or something like that.

Alright Ladies And Gentlemen, Here is a tip on Managing your Staff. 1.Give them Tasks so they can complete during the week. 2.Make sure they are taking care of the members and Monitoring there post quality and how well they treat there members. 3.Make sure they complete those task,Hey its just like a real job if you don't do it you will get a warning you know. 4.make sure they are not to hard on the members everyone slips up here and now. 5.make sure you have group/staff meeting monthly/weekly so you can discuss whats going on around the forum. 6 OH yeah make sure your staff is happy to a happy group of staff members will always have your back no matter what

I have Tons of ideas for this forum little bells and whistles we could use to Enhance this forum. 1.Awards system Reason-For members incentive to keep posting and feel like they are apart of the forum family. this way they will stay and post and be active alot more. 2.Ranks and BAdges i can make. this way we can stand out from staff to members etc. 3 contest and awards for members if you do not have the funds i can contribute.

Do you need a Favicon? i can make one to.

I joined a Forum and while back I was an admin on a free hosting site called ZetaBoards i dont know if you ever herd of it. but i was getting annoyed of the owner he was really dictative always putting the staff down and calling us names. soooooo... i quit and i started my own forums and helping people and giving them chances on being staff on my forums and so far its been good but now i do not run a any forums right now at the moment or administrating any forums. thats how i got started
