i don't think that, beacause this fix is from april 2008 and the error i get only appears when i boot the machine

I constantly get event 3003 evntagnt erros on my Windows Server 2008 machine as shown in the following link The SNMP Event Log Extension Agent does not initialize correctly on a computer that is running Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 or Windows Server 2008 there's also a fix when you follow that link, but what my question is and i can't find it anywhere is why isn't this fix in the windows updates??? kind regards fabian
