I would think that it's set at default to be off high availability or failover cluster. How would the load-balancing cluster handle CPU cores. Can I combine them all, an example, 4 3.0 GHz CPU Quad-cores would equal 12 GHz of CPU power?

I'm going to sign up right now to the links in your signature!
