I have a practically fresh install of Windows Server 2008 R2 that I installed last month however after each restart, it prompts me for a reason why it improperly restarted. Any reasons why it's doing this?

I have googled this problem and everytime I found websites talking about USN rollbacks for windows server 2003 but nothing for 2008. We have a server that runs Vmware ESX and as a virtual machine, we're running Windows server 2008 as a domain controller (without FSMO roles) and have Exchange 2007 installed. Everytime this server starts, the netlogon service is started paused. The company that is installing this server says that it's not a big deal and that it won't cause any issues but I wanted to double check with you guys to get a second oppinion.
