I try to publish my websites under windows server 2008 enterprise. When i upload my files to server skin files work but css files don't. I don't understand what happened this time. I published my websites with the same settings on windows server 2003 and windows server 2008 r2.

I still have the same problem. It has been set to automatic. Maybe i deleted an important record or changed something from the settings.

I'm using Windows Server 2008 r2 Enterprise. When system starts i want dns server to start automatically. In system services i have to start it manually each time i reset my server. Its' startup type seems automatic. How can i fix it?
