OH WOW, Thank you sooo much Matt Im glad all my questions are possible and thankyou again for answering all of them :D

1: how can i set up my server so i can login in to it from my mates house?, I know its possible as I helped set it up for a client, but I cannot remember what we did :S 2: how can my roaming profiles pull programs from the server? is this possible? 3: how can i display the logged in users name, the computer name and the ip address in the bottom corner of the desktop? and it it possible to do this with a batch file? thanks in advance for any help i get :D Vinny
