this is maby posseble bath users need to ad the printers. so this is not a solution for mee some other suggestions?

only one problem when you do this: you cannot add the printer when you select this. so this is not a option

is there any way to lock down printing preferences on connected printers on a user workstations. When I connect a printer, it gets the default settings from the server. That's all good. But the user can go to his Printer folder, select printing preferences and change those. Ideally, I want the user only to be able to change the settings on individual print job and not for all jobs as it is now. we are using win svr 2008 R2 with citrix terminal server 2003 I've tried to google this info but I can't find anything.

when i am signed in as administrator on a 2003 server 1 more administrator can loggin on this server when i am signed in as administrator on a 2008 server and another administrator wants to loggin he takes over my session how can we allow that 2 administrators can sign in.
