  1. Thanks iphonogasm, There is no firewall. And the software firewall on the windows server has been disabled for testing purpose.
  2. Hello everyone, I have a Dualstack modem. Behind that a 2008R2 server with RRAS and NAT. Behind the server is my second server (2008R2 DC) which has a static IPv6 adres. How can I get this to work? i guess that it has something to do with the NAT function within the RRAS, but can't seem to find out where the problem is. Thank you in advance. Jonathan
  3. Yes i know of this and already have used the tool but unfortunatly it wont work. There isn't even a message from the event viewer and because it's not connected through internet and only i have acces there can't be any virus o the system. If there was a virus our enterprise AV would probally have found it.
  4. Hello everybody that's on this forum. My name is Jonathan Burgerhout and i come from The Netherlands. At this moment i'm working on a new network for a company that is just starting. What i like to do is trying fix my own problems and help others with theirs :geek: . So if you have any ptoblems i would gladly take a look at it and try to help you out in almost any way possible. At home i have a HP Pro Liant server with some basic stuff on it like: AD, DNS, File server, IIS and a mail server with Hmailserver. At this moment i'm trying to make my Hmailserver work on the internet and not only in my own network and i'm also the only one that's doing IT related work at the new company OutdoorXL  . It's a lot of work at my company but to make a whole network for them from scratch gives me a lot of joy. Because i come from The Netherlands my English isn't the best that you can get. I really hope that it wont be a problem for any of you but if you dont understand me correctly just say it and i will try to do my best to make it a bit clearer. :D
  5. Hello everyone. My name is Jonathan and I have a problem that doesn't want to be solved. I have two W2k8 R2 servers with a Primary and secundairy domain on them. The DNS work great and nothing more is on the server. After a couple of days the two servers were on hibernate or sleep mode. To disable hibernate I used the following command: "powercfg.exe /hibernate off" only it didn't solved my problem. Knowing that it probally is sleep mode that's causing this problem isn't helping me much. Google gave me some good results but none of those results helped me and power managment was already set on high performance by me. It happends after 40 min. roughly. So my question is how can I stop the servers going to sleep mode or hibernation? I hope someone can help me with this problem.
