  1. I have a video card with three outputs. I've connected them all. On another machine, I installed multiple video cards. On my laptop, I installed additional video cards in the docking station. My only experience with Windows remote terminals using the multiple screens is with "GoToMyPc". The client machine can scroll to the other screens. Windows makes using multiple monitors very easy. UNIX is a bit more complicated to configure, but that's not for this forum.
  2. Hello to everyone. I have a degree in Computer Science. I'm currently unable to work and on disability, but I volunteer to help individuals and non-profits Iwith their computer problems. I've been picking up computers people leave on the sidewalk, rebuilding them so I can give them away to job seekers needing a computer. I usually put FreeBSD UNIX or openSUSE on these machines, since these discarded machines are old and too slow for windows. I'm a member of Microsoft TechNet, so I can keep up with technology I may need to get back into the job market if I get my health back. My hobby is attempt to get the newest software possible to run on the oldest computer. I have a both a FreeBSD UNIX network and a Microsoft Windows domain network at home. Other than all of that I go to medical appointments. I'd rather be working than dealing with these health issues, plus I miss the disposable income.
  3. I have (had) a working Windows Server 2008 domain server, until I had to replace the motherboard. The domain server is the gateway between the Intranet and the Internet. All client computers can still see the Intranet, but they lost access to the Internet. The client computers are able to find ip addresses via nslookup to the DNS running on the domain server, they just can't see beyond the domain server to the Internet. The domain server has full access to the Internet and Intranet. I've been researching this and ran into a brick wall where I'm out of ideas. Can anyone give me a clue?
