I feel stupid now. Found the problem. I held down shift and clicked on control panel on the start bar, then I clicked "Move" I then held the left arrow down for "about 8 seconds " and then I saw the window come back into the screen. I have no clue how it go that far over there, I only have 1 monitor, and my mouse doesn't go that far! I had to do that for every program.

It's been installed for about 1 year. This is the first problem I have had with it. It all used to work before. No, in the CMC it is all clear, no errors.

Notepad will open, I've just noticed those in particular. Same issue, I have an admin Local account, same thing on it. Let me check on the event viewer, I "think" I checked it before and saw the programs come up in there. I just can't see them on the screen other than on the start bar.

Hi, I am running Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter Edition. I have noticed that now when I go to the start menu and click on control panel it acts like it is opening up. You know when you click on something and it goes to the bottom of the screen and sits on the start bar? That's what mine is doing. I can click it all day and nothing happens even if I hit Maximize. Same thing happens when I go into the Firewall, it will never open up. Even printers and devices won't come up. I haven't installed anything new to my knowledge. I have rebooted, shutdown everything same thing happens. I have even reinstalled Mozilla Firefox. I need help bad, Any Suggestions,
