How do i push software out to user profiles on domain

If the environment is small how is this achieved, say for 5 workstations. Also, I have installed some software, however it is only availed for the used I installed it on, how can I easily make this accessable to all users, without having to install for each account. Ben -

Hi all I am after some help. I have 5 servers running windows server 2008, and 2 workstations running windows 7. I need to sync the clocks on all units to provide 1 master system time. I do not have a domain, just a workgroup. How do I make one of the units the master, and how do I sync the others with it? Ben
