Mike Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 I have to admit to having some favorite skin/theme designers. It seems as if they just have a good eye for what works. But I'm also going to admit that Olivier has moved up near the top of the pack. This Cielo skin is really sharp and it may be finding itself on one of my own forums. Good choice, Bob. Forum² Admin AWS Posted March 1, 2010 Forum² Admin Posted March 1, 2010 Thanks. I got to get to those spelling mistakes and everything will be good. Oliver does good work. Interesting enough the columns are done with just templates mods. Can't do that with vbulletin. I think I got all the spelling mistakes corrected. Can't believe I was throwing a discus instead if discussing something. LOL. Quote IPB Webmaster - For Invision Community Enthusiasts - SEO Help Forum
Forum² Staff Shawn Posted March 2, 2010 Forum² Staff Posted March 2, 2010 I agree! As a weather fanatic, I love the cloudy look! I want it LOL Quote My forums: Another Admin Forum | vBAdmins Forum | Off Topic Forum | The Hiking Forum
Mike Posted March 2, 2010 Author Posted March 2, 2010 Shawn, after looking at your weather sites, I was thinking the same thing. :) But I also think both your sites are pretty sharp as it is. Bob, I assume you saw the DM's I sent you on Twitter. I didn't want to come off as a picking fly specks out of pepper and I do hope I didn't. I just beat myself up when I make spelling mistakes. Forum² Admin AWS Posted March 2, 2010 Forum² Admin Posted March 2, 2010 Oh no. On the contrary that is the kind of feedback I like. I was in a haste to get the site going and I knew there would be somethings that I would miss. I like that kind of feedback. You know I have a site that had the same mistakes. It's probably been like that since I rebuild it last year. No one bothered to tell me I had spelling mistakes in the forum description and in one title. It also answered the question as to why I was getting people searching the misspelled words and getting to my site. Quote IPB Webmaster - For Invision Community Enthusiasts - SEO Help Forum
