Email marketing is usually considered as spam by many people, to avoid that,

  • Don't send email too often.
  • Use professional template.
  • Never spam people, rather build your own opt-in list.
  • Remove customers that have canceled there account with you.
  • Provide line in the mail for customers to unsubscribed from mailing list.
  • Make subject catchy, put the most enticing information first with the other details further down.
