New Setup... Few Problems

Hi, I was running an SBS2003 Setup, but then the Active Directory got Corrupted... and because over the last few months the company has been slowly migrating to vista and now all their computers bar 1 desktop and 1 server, it made sense to move over to server 2008 as it is supposed to work well with Vista.

 

The problem I am having is that from the server I cannot remotely connect to 2 machines.. although the strange thing is they can connect to the server fine.. redirected roaming profiles work fine, its just connecting from the server to the machines.
