lauramdsm Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 I need to know if Windows Server 2008 provides the following features: -Logging inbound traffic from the remote server (I know Win2003 only did outbound) -Does it log outbound RAS connections? -If so, what information is logged? Source/destination IP and URL? Date and time? -Does server 2008 make a link between the source address to the outbound address? Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks! Quote
C-Prompt Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 I believe 2008 does do inbound logging. You can setup logging any way you want. Yes a link is made. Quote
