I have hyper V installed and running. The guest operating systems can not access the virtual network nic. I have linked the virtual switch adapter as external to the virtual guest operating system. The guest operating system does not see a nic at all. I think I need to unbind the extra nics in the host system. I am only running hyper V without windows 2008. How do I unbind the extra nics from the command line?

Status Update.

I have not figured out how to unbind the NICs using command line. I added an addtional Realtek NIC card. I am able to use it to get to the internet. Now I am going to try and add a RAID controller card to boot a drive bigger than 2 TB. The drives have to be defined with GPT partitions. Has anybody tried to connect a APC UPS to Hyper V? This is going to be another command line problem.
