There is software that you can purchase and install on Windows Vista or Windows 7 however you really want to use a server os. Windows 2008 would be ideal and using the core would be best to save on resources. Quote

I would think that it's set at default to be off high availability or failover cluster. How would the load-balancing cluster handle CPU cores. Can I combine them all, an example, 4 3.0 GHz CPU Quad-cores would equal 12 GHz of CPU power? Quote
