Hello, i have attached a screen shot of the "Where do you want to install Windows" screen that appears when trying to install Windows Server 2008 on a fairly new PC-Intel-64-Dual-Core-4GB-Vista machine that is working fine and when i get to the screen above there are no entries at all appearing on this screen. And just to test out the installation on another machine, i took this Windows Server 2008 CD and successfully installed it on a pretty old low end AMD-64-Vista laptop with no problem and the volume/drive entries appeared fine on this screen. This newer machine does have a Raid/Mirrored drive setup, do you think this could somehow confusing the visibility to the volume information and now allowing the screen to present the volume information on this "Where...to install Windows" screen? Thanks a bunch for any clues on this! BobK

Hello again BSchwarz, i downloaded and ran the "devicedetective" software and it is showing a that the: "NVidia GeForce 7100" driver is in need of an update, so do you think if i paid the $30.00 and had the "devisedetective" upgrade this driver that it may solve the problem where the "Where do you want to install Windows Server 2008" screen appears with any entries or volume drive references?

Or is it a problem that because this PC is setup with a raid/mirrored config that i may need to eiither disconnect the raid configuration or do something special in order to get the volume information to show up on the Windows Server 2008 "Where.to..install" screen?

fyi, i tried to upload a screen shot but it too big apparently.

Thanks again BSchwarz for any ideas, pointers or suggestions!
