Hi,

i have a server 2008 with two NICs. i have recently added routing and remote access role along with NAT capabilities. my company uses pppoe connection and i have created a demand dial interface for this connection.

the clients use one of the NICs IP address as the default gateway.

the demand dial interface does not connect automatically. i need to connect it manually if the connection drops. secondly, i need to amend the routing table on the server. when i do connect to the interface, i do not have my routing table updated accordingly. i always have to add route on the table and then the connection works.

any light on the matter will be great.

cheers
