Mkdir -> Access Denied

hi everyone.

I wanna create new folders by CMD, but its seems to be impossible...

it says "access denied"

I can do it graphically. It asks me for a confirmation about the creation of a new folder, and then it creats it.

 

But i do really want to creat it by command line.

 

is there any flag i can use to solve it ?
