Sally Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 I have a pc with windows server 2008 R2 and work excellent and no problems I used the same cd to install it in another pc but the mouse has stopped and i checked it in the Device Manager and got this message: " Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information in the registry is incomplete or damaged (code 19)" I tried several mouse of PS2/USB and it still the same & no new The mouse worked during the installation and in the safe mode and in other mods except on the desktop the cursor is hidden. Basically the mouse is working and its successfully installed in the windows! What is the problem ? how I can fix it ? Maby this is relating to the chipset of the motherboard?
