Wireless Netwokcard

Hello, I'm new on this forum. I'm a student in networking management at Multihexa (Quebec). Here my problem, I just installed server 2008 on my laptop. So now I have a dual boot windows 7 and server 2008. The problem is server 2008 is not seeing my wireless networkcard that working well on windows 7. I had the WLAN services, no changes. netsh Wlan command, no wireless card on the system. The samething happen to my teacher and he dont why. So now I really wish to figure out before him how server 2008 can see my wireless networkcard. "Atheros AR9285 Wireless network Adapter" Merci!!!!

Hi,

Have you gone to your computer manufactureres website and downloaded the drivers for

your network card & server 2008.

When you are running off of another operating system (dual booting) you will need to

get drivers again as there wont be any on the new OS.
