File Restriction Tools?

Hi!

 

Is there any good Tools/programs for windows 2008 server that has more

options than "File Server Resource Manager" to block specified file

types to be downloaded to shared volumes.

 

 

Things i want the Tool to do besides blocking files types, is to set

som kind of limit on how big the downloaded file can be. It would be

nice if it also could find doublets files and deny downloading of

doublets files.
