Server 2008 ; Scheduled Tasks cant run a batch file; this seems a known issue, my troubleshooting doesnt work, but I find myself confused about assigning the "Full Control" permission explicitly to .bat file for the account running the task. ; I am logged in as administrator, when I look at permissions for the directory and the batch file I see I have full control checked. But I also note that I can change settings for User, but not for Administrator ; what is this telling me ? I also see two shades of gray check marks, and I cant make sense of this either.

Is this the issue preventing TS from running the file ? ( I can run it manually fine)

Is there a 3rd party TS that I can safely use here ? Can I
