I have set up a list of adminstrators on my server to be able to manage everything. However, for some reason, only one administrator login name is able to see the user name of the owners of remote desktop processes. Other administrators can kill processes, but aren't able to see the username that is attached to each process.

Enabling show processes from all users will list all processes, but shows where the user name should be.

Anyone have a clue why this is happening?

The other accounts that I tried accessing the task manager from all have the same level of permissions on the domain. In the server 2008 manager, all accounts have been added under an administrators group in the configuration page. I didn't see anything special about the one username on the domain level or on the local machine.

What I don't understand is why access would be allowed to the task manager, to killing processes and logging off other users, without allowing the user to see the username attached to each process.

Thanks.
