Account Lockedout But Accessible

Hello,

 

I configured lockout policy to :

 

• 
   
  
• threshold: 5
  
• lockout duration : 40 min
  
• reset counter after : 30 min
   
  

I have tried to log on with wrong password, at the 6the attempt it says the the accound was lockd out.

 

But when tried to log on with the correct password it access normally(in active directory the user account still locked out). How to prevent locked user from loggin in?

 

Server : 2008 R2

 

Client: Windows XP SP3

Hi, just for testing purpose, set this policy via LOCAL GROUP POLICY on a single machine, restart and retry. Let me know
