Multiple Ftp Dictionary Attacks. How Do I Stop?

so, ive noticed after running my FTP server which i still cant get working properly as i cant login, dont know why but ites really annoying....i keep geting FTP attacks which appears to be a dictionary attack as numerous passwords are tried. See picture below.

 

How can i prevent this? is there like a login attemped failed timeout type thing?

Second:

No, you can't from windows but you can via your Firewall (at least if your firewall can do this).
