Group Policy How do i do it ?

Hi Gurus,

 

I work for a company where the local network falls under additional responsibilities. I am not a guru on windows 2008 so i have a question. Before everyone had local admin rights on their computers but i have removed their rights, obviously i don't want everyone to install softwares and stuff. But the problem is our support team does alot of mobile support and need to plug-in new devices and that requires installing drivers etc. So they call me to enter the password every now and then and i am now fedup with it.

 

Is there a way i can allow them to install the mobile devices and drivers and still restrict their access ? Otherwise i will just have to make them the admin again.
