Problem synchronize 2008 R2 domain with another domain

Hi. I need to synchronize a 2008 R2 domain controller to another domain, but I get error

"C:\Windows\system32>w32tm /resync

Sending resync command to local computer

The computer did not resync because no time data was available."

Event Viewer: "Time Provider NtpClient: No valid response has been received from manually configured peer 10.XX.X.XX after 8 attempts to contact it. This peer will be discarded as a time source and NtpClient will attempt to discover a new peer with this DNS name. The error was: The peer is unreachable."

There may be permission problems?, I have to enable something in the other domain controller?, I find no information to synchronize in this way.

who's your ntp server? Is that ip correct? In order to sync two dc they must point on the same ntp server.
