I have made a shared folder, one folder have 10 folders inside.

My questions is I want all clients to restrict them to make a new folder inside and prompt them like these "You are not allowed to make a new folder".

Can anyone help me please? Thanks.

I'm using Windows Server 2008 Standard SP2.

You can do this by setting the right permission:

properties > security > advanced > change permissions > SELECT USER / GROUP > then DENY the "CREATE FOLDER AND APPEND DATA"

Pay attention, this will not LIMIT the number of sub-folder (you CANNOT do this), this prevent users from create a new folder inside that folder.
