I Couldn't agree more because outdated software might cause some security problems. When you regularly update, it will ensure compatibility. My piece of advise is to consider implementing two-factor authentication and strong passwords. This will boost security.

My take is that someone who is new in forum administration should focus on community building. It's also crucial to engage with users, and foster a positive atmosphere in the community. Reducing administrative burdens can help in increasing success.
