I never go into creating forums with any expectations. I am pretty hard on myself and expect perfection in everything I do. I do this for a hobby. I am passionate about it and try to make each forum the best they can be. I just don't want to set goals.

I try to set goals for most of my forums.

But they're simple and achievable for the most part.

I used to set goals that were way too hard to achieve, and then I'd be a little bummed when I couldn't meet them. It took some forum owner maturing to finally figure it out.
