Do any of you use AI to generate forum content?

If not, why not?

If yes, how do you justify doing it?

If I have a user on my tech site with a problem I can't answer I will use it to get the answer. I usually don't copy and paste. I'll use it to create a post in my own words.

I have used it for tutorials. Again I'll use it with my own words.

I've used it for rewriting notices and welcome messages.

It can help integrate copywrite into the messaging.

When I am writing guidelines, terms of use, even welcome message, email messages I will use AI content, no editing except minor corrections.

AI is great for writing privacy policies because you can get so specific, and it will create the terms for you.

I use Grammarly for editing, which uses AI. I'm an ambassador with them, so I often get access to updates before anyone else, so I help beta test and play with it.

But in all honesty, I love writing so I try to do that myself for the most part.

There wasn't things like this when I was an admin. Content had to created with our minds. Seems that it makes it much easier to create content. Find a topic and let AI do the work.

I think it’s a good idea to edit the content and add a human feel to the ai content though.
